Her Daily Fit is an independent review site for online fitness platforms, written specifically for women in their late thirties, forties and fifties. We review streaming fitness services, apps and online programmes through genuine personal testing, with a specific focus on what works for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, busy schedules, joint issues and the reality that training at 42 is not the same as training at 28.
Every review on this site is grounded in real use. We test the onboarding, the class library, the filtering, the programmes and the pricing before we write a word. If something is not worth the money or not right for this audience, we say so. Her Daily Fit is operated by Pozitive Ltd.
Who this site is for
Her Daily Fit is for women in their late thirties, forties and fifties who are trying to figure out what actually works for their body right now. Women who may be navigating perimenopause or menopause and finding that the training they did in their twenties and thirties is no longer producing the same results. Women who are working, raising children, caring for someone else, or simply living a full life with limited time and energy to spare, and who need sessions short enough to actually do consistently rather than workouts that look good in theory.
If you have a joint that objects to high impact, if you are trying to build or maintain muscle without spending an hour a day on it, if you want honest information about whether a platform is worth the subscription fee before you commit your time and money to it, this site is for you.
Why we built it
The reason conventional fitness advice often stops working in your late thirties and forties is not a motivation problem. Declining oestrogen affects muscle recovery, type II muscle fibre retention and joint integrity. What worked at 28 genuinely does not work the same way at 45, and most fitness platforms are not built with that in mind. Most review sites are not written by women living that reality either.
Her Daily Fit was founded after years of personal experience with exactly this problem: paying for subscriptions that were not right, spending hours searching for programmes that suited her body at this stage of life, making the mistakes so her readers do not have to. Fifteen years of testing online fitness platforms, from the early days of YouTube workout videos to today’s streaming services, is the foundation this site is built on.
How we review
Most reviews are based on several weeks of daily or near-daily personal use. Some are based on a shorter initial testing period, published transparently with that caveat and updated as testing continues. Testing depth is always stated clearly at the top of each review.
In every review we aim to cover the onboarding experience, filtering and navigation, class quality across multiple types, and the specific programmes most relevant to women in their late thirties, forties and fifties. Where a platform has perimenopause or menopause-specific content, we aim to test that in depth. Pricing is verified at the time of publishing where available and reviews are updated when platforms make significant changes.
For the full details of how reviews are conducted, scored and maintained, see our Editorial Policy.
Questions about Her Daily Fit
Who writes the reviews?
Reviews are written or directly overseen by the editor Katy Cole. Most are based on her own personal testing. Occasionally a review is contributed by another woman who has personally tested the platform, but every review is edited, fact-checked and verified before publication. See the Editorial Policy for full details.
Does Her Daily Fit accept payment for positive reviews?
No. Some reviews contain affiliate links, which means a small commission may be earned if you sign up through a link on this site, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence scores or editorial content. Platforms have received low scores regardless of affiliate status.
How often are reviews updated?
We aim to update reviews when a platform makes significant changes to its content, pricing or features, but sometimes we might be a bit behind. The date last verified is shown at the top of every review.
Is Her Daily Fit only for women in the UK?
No. The site covers platforms available internationally and aims to verify both UK and US pricing where applicable. Platform availability across multiple markets is checked at the time of publishing.
