2. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using herdailyfit.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or over. Our content – including fitness programme reviews and health and wellbeing information – is intended for adults only.

Material changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. For minor updates, we will change the “Last updated” date. For material changes – those that significantly affect your rights or obligations – we will give you at least 30 days’ prior notice by email (to newsletter subscribers) and/or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the end of the notice period will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. About Our Content

Her Daily Fit provides reviews, comparisons and recommendations of online fitness programmes aimed primarily at women. Our content is based on independent research and our editorial opinion.

We are not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, health, fitness or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or certified fitness trainer before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any existing health conditions or are pregnant, postpartum or perimenopausal. You use any information on this Site entirely at your own risk.

Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure our content is accurate at the time of publication. However, fitness programmes, pricing, availability and features may change. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information on the Site.

4. Affiliate Links and Sponsorship Disclosure

We earn commissions from affiliate links. Her Daily Fit participates in affiliate marketing programmes. When you click certain links on this Site and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

In accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides 2023 (US), the ASA/CAP Code (UK) and our own editorial policy:

  • Every article containing affiliate links includes a clear disclosure notice at or near the top of the article
  • Individual affiliate links are labelled so you can identify them at the point of recommendation
  • Disclosures appear close to and before the relevant link – not only in a separate policy page

Our editorial independence: Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or rankings. Our scoring methodology is applied independently of any commercial relationship. We do not accept payment for positive reviews or rankings.

Sponsored content: Any content that is paid for or sponsored will be clearly labelled in accordance with ASA/CAP requirements.
